How to Build Your tallyED Network

Hey, candidates – Here’s how to engage your supporters on tallyED before Election Day.

First things first, though…Do you have an account on tallyED? If not, sign up now.

Once you activate your account via an email confirmation, peruse the site and then read about The Perks of tallyED.

Next, ask your supporters who are registered voters to create an account as well so they can vote for you in your tallyED candidate poll – just text them the sign up link👍

Then, build your tallyED Network – which is free up to ten (10) voters. To add unlimited voters to your tallyED Network, you’ll need to get verified by using your Voter ID or Driver’s license to confirm you are you. Once verified, tallyED does not save or store this information.

As verified tallyED users, you and your supporters can continue to increase your respective tallyED Networks and ultimately increase the number of tallies on your tallyED candidate poll.

Additionally, as a verified tallyED user, your supporters can join your tallyED Candidate Page (like a Facebook Page, but better!) which allows the tallyED user to…

     • View how many connections are in your tallyED Network who could vote for your candidate (like friends of friends’ connections), depending on their party affiliation and for which election

     • View electorate statistics for the candidate

     • View ballot return statistics as Election Day approaches

That last item is the most important one!

Why? Because you, the candidate, will be able to see how many voters are in your tallyED Network and if they have voted yet. Now, you won’t be able to see who they voted for, BUT if they are friends, then they should be voting for you, right? So, you’ll be able to reach out to them to remind them to vote!

If you have any questions about how to engage your supporters on tallyED, please feel free to email team@tallyED.com and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
